Shipping

At True Peptide Lab, we aim to process and ship all orders quickly and securely while maintaining product integrity.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after cut-off times may be processed the following business day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service used at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 2–5 business days (UK)
  • International Shipping: Typically 5–10 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

True Peptide Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package is delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Shipping Protection

If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund in cases of:

  • Lost packages
  • Damaged shipments
  • Stolen deliveries

Claims must be filed according to the shipping protection provider’s terms.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review and, if approved, arrange a replacement.

International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

We are not responsible for orders задержed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities.

If you want to tighten this further, the biggest upgrade would be aligning it exactly with your courier (e.g. Royal Mail vs DPD) and your actual cut-off times—that’s where most disputes come from.
